vcity177 operates primarily for players based in Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other parts of the country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the vcity177 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, instant game, or other wagering product made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required prior to account activation or withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the vcity177 website, mobile interface, and any associated software or services accessible at vcity177.cam.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a Game through the Platform.
• "Winings" means funds credited to a Player's Account as the result of a successful Wager.
• "VIP Tier" means the loyalty programme classification assigned to a Player based on cumulative monthly wagering turnover.
• "RM" / "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on vcity177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit access to the Platform for any person under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by vcity177 or any of its affiliated companies.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

vcity177 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal may be processed, you are required to submit the following documents for verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National IC (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face, taken in good lighting.

vcity177 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation, in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain onlyone (1) Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

By accessing vcity177, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You agree that you will at all times:

• Act in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play.
• Not attempt to access the Platform through automated means, including bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform on your behalf.
• Keep your password confidential and take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not use the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal operations.
• Accept that all Games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and that outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Acknowledge that participation in gambling activities carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you wager only with funds you can afford to lose.

vcity177 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these Terms. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

vcity177 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the deposit of funds into your Account, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vcity177 does not accept deposits in cash or via any anonymous payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within the timeframe indicated for each payment method. vcity177 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or network issues.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error or due to a technical fault, vcity177 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and recover the funds from your Account balance.
• vcity177 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please consult your provider for applicable fee schedules.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze members may experience up to 24-hour processing; Gold members up to 6hours; Platinum members up to 3 hours; Diamond members receive same-day processing where possible.
• vcity177 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation. Processing may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.
• Any withdrawal request relating to Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing.
• vcity177 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply charges. USDT withdrawals may be subject to network fees.

From time to time, vcity177 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and must satisfy the applicablewagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each promotion. For example, a "10x wagering requirement" means you must wager the total bonus amount ten (10) times across eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• vcity177 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Repeat claims using multiple accounts constitute grounds for immediate account closure.
• VIP Programme cashback rewards are calculated based on real-money wagers only. Bonus Fund wagers do not qualify for cashback calculation purposes.

All wagers placed on vcity177 are subject to the specific game or sports market rules applicable at the time of wagering. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or voided by the Player after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error during gameplay, vcity177 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available game state data. If an outcome cannot be reliably determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
• vcity177 reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, whether human or technical in origin. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• For sports betting, all markets are governed by the applicable sports rules for each event. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other significant change in conditions, specific void or settlement rules as stated in the sports betting product will apply.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player. These limits are stated within the relevant game or sports product and may be updated periodically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vcity177. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or any mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information for strategic advantage in multiplayer games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit through simultaneous exploitation of bonus funds.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or process funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent correspondence with vcity177.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any component of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any Player who discovers such an issue must report it to vcity177 immediately via [email protected] without attempting to exploit it.

vcity177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with prohibited conduct.
• A request from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• The Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) that has not been subject to fraud, breach of these Terms, or active investigation may be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Voluntary closure does not exempt the Player from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

All content on the vcity177 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and data compilations, is the property of vcity177 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent of vcity177.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity177 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or connected with:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical maintenance, network failure, or circumstances beyond vcity177's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data, Account information, or transaction records caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We make available range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by submitting a written request to our support team.
